How to make my son's phone a different Apple account so that our information is not shared?

I have two phones on the same account. I am trying to figure out how to make my sons phone a different apple account that way our information is not shared. Pictures, and other info. Please help!

After establishing a new Apple ID and the rest—all part of the normal new-iPhone setup process the above procedure leaves you with—you’ll want to consider setting up Family Sharing, as was mentioned earlier.
