I have an iphone 11. Im not sure how my friend spied on my imessages, but she knew everything about me and my sister’s conversations. At that same minute, She texted me mean things and argued with me about it. She said shes been spying on my blue imessages for 4 months. I wonder if she can see my green messages too? And I think the way she probably got a hold of my phone when I left to the restroom because she doesnt know any of my passwords.

One cannot spy on your iMessages, not even Apple.
Either she knows your Apple ID & password or she had time to look into your iPhone while you are not paying attention.

Important Note: Make sure you have at least 2 trusted phone number just in case.
You do not need to have only iPhone numbers, landline can also be used.
