Today I was chatting with apple support but my connection was too weak so It get out from my chat now I can’t start new chat and It shows forbidden message how can have a online chat again and solve my problem?

You can try by clicking..."Contact Support"...top right corner of this page...I assume you are doing this on a Mac and I suggest you remove all history and cache from your browser and restart your computer before trying again...
