Optimum App for IPhone XR no longer works after IOS 13.4.1 upgrade

There is obviously a bug in IOS 13.4.1 that causes the Optimum Online app to fail streaming. I have reinstalled, reboot (ETC), and nothing seems to solve the issue. The App still functions correctly on my not IOS updated ipad.

How do we get this researched and fixed ?
