if you have forgotten your AppleID - and it was your AppleID that was last used to activate your iPad, it can be recovered here:

If you obtained your iPad second-hand - and it was not prepared correctly for your re-use prior to you acquiring the iPad, then you must secure the cooperation of the previous owner. If you cannot do this, the Activation Lock cannot be bypassed - and the iPad is useless to you.

It has to be unlocked with the credentials that were used to set it up. Are you the original owner of the iPad and cannot remember the ID and password or did you buy this from someone else?
