Go to one of your other devices signed into icloud to approve this ipad. ......waiting for approval. Nothing on icloud on my pc. I do not have it on my mobile and don't want it there. Now what
Force restart the iPad. Hold the home and on/off buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
I only have an older Ipad. I don't normally use apple products because of the hassle of the way they work. I have this old ipad and I have downloaded cloud and itunes onto my pc. I have the 2 step set up and everytime I sign in, I have to have it sent as a text to my mobile. I don't want itunes or cloud on my mobile. I have not set up an icloud email and I do not want outlook as my email. So my old Ipad sits. Spinning it's wheels.
I cannot sign anything onto the I pad. I have to log on then it says it may take a few minutes to set up your Apple ID. Then It sits spinning on the on the approve this ipad...go to one of your other devices signed in to icloud to approve this ipad. waiting for approval and there it sits. I can go no further on the ipad. I sign into cloud to see where I am supposed to approve and nothing

Itunes is updating software on this Ipad. Everything has loaded and no spinning. Thanks for your help.
