Iphone won't play videos on safari

My normal iPhone 7 had screen issues, so I switched to my sisters old iPhone 7 Plus but I can't watch videos on safari anymore. When I downloaded the chrome app it also didn't work, whilst my apps like instagram and YouTube play videos just fine. I have already done a settings reboot, an internet reboot and I redownloaded all of my software. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

It's happening for me too, it's certainly a problem with IOS 13.4.1 and specially with iPhone 7, i've tried to make a factory reset and didn't work, also there are many threads like these recently so it couldn't be a Hardware problem for everyone.

Let's report the bug to Apple so they are going to take a look on this earlier.
