Keychain Access syning issue (works only oneway)

Keychain Access new data syncs only FROM iOS + iPadOS TO OSX (Mac) ... not vice versa. So when I add new entry to iPhone it syncs to all devices incl. Mac. When I add new entry on Mac, it does not sync to other devices :/

BTW: when I detele the new entry created in iPhone on Mac... the info is pushed back to other devices. Only new entrys on Mac seem to be stuck there :/

Catalina 10.15.4 and also other devices up to date

How to fix it? Thanks!

I see that Keychain data is not syncing from the Mac, but it updates when changes are made using other devices.

It appears that you've updated to macOS Catalina, but make sure that there are no additional pending updates: How to update the software on your Mac - Apple Support.

If after updating, you're still having an issue, let us know if when opening the Safari app > Preferences > Passwords, do the passwords not appear here? Or is the issue that the passwords appear, but are not auto-filling on the websites?
