I forgot my Apple ID password

I don’t have password to my email address how can I erase and put my other email address in ???? I don’t remember the security question me and wife don’t know email address password .... how can we reset all that ?

resetting icloud or apple id password i have an apple id (my icloud address) but can’t remember the password or security questions. When i reset password on Apple ID, an email is sent to the icloud email address which i can't access anyway as i don't have the password (as the password of Apple ID is the same as icloud login. Is there a way I can have the password reset link sent to a nominated mobile number rather than an email address that I cannot access? does anyone know how to solve this?
