I had connect to Itunes but still can't unlock or disabled

Follow the instructions as described in this article by Apple ➔ If Your iPhone has been disabled. Note that you will lose all data on your iPhone once the passcode has been reset. You can, however, ➔ Restore your iPhone from a backup if you have a backup created.
