I have updated my iPad mini 2019 two days ago and battery is practically worst ever. By browsing only drops 1% per minute. Anyone experiencing same problem?

Yes, turning it OFF and ON again is a basic trouble shooting step most people know about,
and no it did NOT fix the issue. Battery drain is still a problem on my iPad.
I updated my iPhone XS Max and it does not exhibit the same problem.
Both devices were charged at the same time overnight and used about the same amount of time today:
for the last 18 months the battery performance has always been within 5% over a 24 hour period.
FYI: I have a degree in Applied Computing and one in Computer Science and have worked as a computer engineer and QA
specialist for over 20 years, I know when a OS or firmware update changes the operation of a device and Apple has missed something this time around, please be up upfront and just admit an error was made and fix it.

If any part of your device is becoming hot, this would certainly result in poor battery life.
Heat = Electrical/Thermal Energy = High Battery Consumption

I have The same problem, Ipad pro 2017 10.5 Inch. I tried hard reset but nothing...:( please Apple resolve this BIG PROBLEM with the NexT update!
Not sure yet why so many are having battery issues. I drain my iPhone and iPad once a month so the battery health is good. Partial charging can erode capacity.
I am facing the same problems with iPhone 11 Pro , since I did the update my battery life is so bad I hope they will improve it with the next update
You need to make Apple aware of this by calling/chatting with Apple support and leaving feedback in the feedback link I provided.

I have exactly the same issue with an iPhone 11, battery drain, After charging to 100% and the battery is 15% only next day.
Who does the QA, the customer?
Have you tried turning of Siri Voice control as someone here has mentioned?
In Settings app, under Battery settings, have you checked to see which app/s are using up your battery?
Have you tried toggling OFF anything that has to do with Siri?
I have turned off Siri. The problem has not reappeared for now.
I did not know that here is no Apple technical team involved. My bad. In this case the more people complain to Apple directly, the quicker they will solve this error.
