After putting in a few hours of research trying to figure out this issue someone recommended checking battery usage of apps and sure enough Siri was running 100%..!..It was suggested to completely turn off Siri on the device and also on iCloud, which I did and it completely fixed the issue immediately.
I was even having Issues with it charging quickly and those issues are also gone.
I believe that the update definitely effected how Siri runs in the background and I suggest you try the same to see if it works for you.
Someone else here discovered the Siri bug.
Toggle off everything Siri, for now.
Siri is where the battery bug drain is.
Toggle off everything Siri, for now.
look at Siri usage %....that’s with it turned off everywhere. It’s gone as high as 56%
Have you tried a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
Please do an iCloud backup of all your apps and settings, pictures, music, etc. and either reset settings or do a full reset and then restore from your iCloud backup. I did this with two iPhones 11 Pro and it worked. Good luck to you.
Maybe you should make Apple aware of this possible cause for this battery drain issue.
You are free and welcome to submit feedback about this issue to Apple.

This might be something important that Apple needs to learn and be informed about.
Best of Luck to You!
ayyan, I have a XS Max and it's doing the same after the update. I read another post where iPhone 11 users are having the same issue. It's a bug.
There is no fix until Apple decides it's a bug and patches it.
You've already done above and beyond anything you should ever have to do (such as restoring from DFU mode). But when a bug like this occurs after and only after updating to a new version of iOS, it's clearly a bug and all of these "fixes" people who think they know what they are talking about give will do nothing. When there is an isolated issue with someone's phone, restoring/resetting, etc. can be a good way to troubleshoot... but when thousands of people have confirmed they have this issue with 13.4.1, it's a bug that needs to be patched. No ifs, ands, or buts.
Try this:
i. Bluetooth
ii. Facetime
iii. Siri
iv. Camera access (turn it off for all apps under Settings/ Privacy/ Camera)
2.Clear all apps from memory (from the recents screen).
3.Force restart your device (on iPhone 7 Plus, you will have to hold both power and volume down buttons for 10 seconds or more until you see the Apple logo).
4.Turn all settings back on.
Not sure what "DFU" means, but I did a factory reset, did NOT restore from backup, slowly loaded in my most necessary apps...and now my battery is working fine. It was a long and frustrating process, during which Apple even sent me a new phone (11 Pro), which was effed up by iCloud restore. Now all is well. I can't believe Apple hasn't pushed out some kind of fix -- if this thread is any indication, there must be a lot of people out there suffering from 13.4.1
I have turned off Siri. The problem has not reappeared for now.
If turning OFF Siri doesn't help, try turning OFF Bluetooth from Settings (not Control Center). It helped with the battery drain on my iPhone 7 Plus.
Someone observed that the battery runs out much faster on the 5 GHz band. If that is the case with you, try switching to the 2.4 GHz band.
Remember - the “hey siri” feature is “always on” - and “always on” must come with a power penalty, no matter how small.
Turning-off “hey siri” is quick and easy - and you’ll find out for yourself if it helps you or not. You can switch it “on” again just as easily as “off”.
To try carries no risk - and every possibility of it helping your problem.
Again,
To everyone who post here with this same issue.

If you need to, if initial 1st tier Apple customer support is of no help to you, you can calmly ask to have this issue escalated up to more responsible, senior Apple customer support employees to see if they can come up with a more amiable/amenable solution to this iPad boot loop issue, but I make no guarantees, whatsoever.
If no acceptable resolution, Apple, at least, logs all support calls and issues and keeps a tally on how many of these calls are about different Apple product issues.
Sorry & Best of Luck to All of You!
In Settings app, under Battery settings, have you checked to see which app/s are using up your battery?
Have you tried toggling OFF anything that has to do with Siri?
