Can't remove Bootcamp partition on MBP 14

Cant do it from the BCA, I get a message that I can't re-merge them.

Can't get rid of partitions after failed bootcamp. Trying to get my drive back to being a single volume as it was before. Disk utility wont let me erase or partition the new volumes. Please let me know what I can do! Thankyou Here is a screenshot of my diskutil list:

I ran "diskutil eraseVolume free free disk0s4" and after that I was able to remove WIN using BTA.
now I have an unassigned partition and I'm trying to re assign it to the main MAC HD.
I tried to open a new partition that didn't work and now I can remove it.
here is the new diskutil list, the new partition I added and can't remove is named HD1 (disk1s5):

please help me the make the drive in one main partition, thank you.

Run

diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk1 0g

and post the output.

ok I removed the HD1, and now I have 186GB of unassigned space, that I can't reassign to the main drive.
