iOS 13.4 is not able to FaceTime with older iPhones / ipads running iOS 9.3.5

Since i updated my ipad to 13.4 i am unable to facetime to my daughter who is using an older ipad running ios 9.3.5. In corona times this is very annoying . Please can you fix it...
