Contacts - transfer from one iCloud account to another

I have all of my contacts in one iCloud account and I'd like to transfer all contacts and groups to my wife's iCloud account. How do I do that?

There is no automated way.

You would need to export them from Apple ID A as VCF files and then import to Apple ID B.

What's the difference between a vCard and a Contacts Archive?

vCard is a common exchange format for Contact Data.

A Contacts Archive would only be useable by an Apple app.
