After the recent updates, the video codes in Safari 13.1 are no longer compatible with Amazon Cloud Cam (cloudcam.amazon.com) website video feeds. This has been tested from both iMac and MacBook Pro systems and is a universal problem with the Safari update.
Have you gone to Safari/Preferences/Privacy and unchecking Prevent cross-site tracking? Then quit/reopen Safari and test.
Disabled all extensions and tested?
No setting changes within Safari have resolved this issue for me. I have to use another browser. I have tested with up to date versions of Chrome and Edge and they both work just fine.

Login to your account.
Launch Safari and test.
To exit Safe Mode, click in the menu bar and choose “Restart”.

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?
Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues.

I don't think there is a workaround at this time. This must be due to the automatic blocking of 3rd party cookies that Apple implemented in the newest Safari update.
I have the same issue as well using Safari 13.1 on a MacBook Pro and iPad Air. I contacted Amazon support and they had me try different browser and the video feed came back when I used Chrome browser. They couldn't explain why Safari didn't work and directed me to contact Apple. Any idea how to fix it on Safari?
Yeah, that’s not helpful. The issue is a result of Apple’s latest Safari update and it is a cross-platform issue (IOS / macOS) regardless of settings with the latest Safari.
That’s an intriguing theory. Google also implemented the same privacy “feature” in Chrome yet their browser works perfectly with the Amazon Cloudcam Website. However, Google is temporarily rolling back this feature in an upcoming release due to it breaking many other sites thus wreaking havoc on work-from-home users during this pandemic.
You point to Chrome? That’s not a helpful reply on how to get this working in Safari. Many of us already have all the popular browsers installed but would like this to continue working in Safari. iCloud syncing across all of my Apple devices is convenient.
