Hi guys, I need help for my iphone. I need to download files from it, but it's screen has stopped working is an opinion how to download it or i just lost my files from that phone. It's possible that iphone could upload all files through icloud, or i should go to the service to fix it. Thank you for help.

If you can't enter your passcode to allow it to connect to your computer, then it's too late.
If it wasn't already backed up or synced to the cloud, the data is effectively gone.
You need to back it up before something goes wrong, not after.
