Difficulty resetting the password

The website asks me for my mobile number, if I have lost my mobile number

But I have access to email and mobile

Please help me

See if you can get an email option.


Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.


Apple ID - Manage            


Apple ID – Forgot Password            


If necessary, contact Apple ID Support.


Apple ID - Official Apple Support.    


Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support.   (Link doesn’t always load)  


Get Support          Work through the screens to get a chat option.
