I've installed malwarebytes from malwarebytes.com for my MacBook Pro. I've realized some plists are also installed under LaunchAgents and LaunchDaemons. Also, I see "Malwarebytes" folder under Application Support folder now. Is it normal? I'm asking this because some virus app also installs those plists under those folders.

It's normal for that and most other apps to create a folder in Applications Support.

If you acquired a legitimate copy of the actual app from the canonical source, yes.
Otherwise, no.
