Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you have an issue updating Numbers through the App Store. I appreciate the screenshot and based on what you're describing, I suggest going to the account page in the App Store by clicking your name on the bottom left side of the App Store. This will take you to your account page and list your purchases. You should see the option to Accept next to the apps that are needing to be updated.
If you still have an issue or do not see the option to accept the updates in the list of purchases, follow these steps for How to delete apps on your Mac and delete Numbers, then follow these steps to Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books and reinstall Numbers.
