I am suffering very slow download speeds (as in 12 hours to download a 4gig film), I have tried with and without a VPN and when testing the speed of my connection I am getting 400mb download speeds. Is anyone else suffering such slow speeds. I am running iTunes on a PC its not a PC issue

Let's start by having you close and then relaunch iTunes and test to see if the issue remains. If the issue remains after relaunching, and you're not having an issue with any other application on your PC, then use the steps below to remove and reinstall iTunes on your PC.
