Can't Share Microsoft Teams Window, Minimizes to dock

MacBook Pro mid-2015, MacOS 10.15.4, Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.4460 for Mac

While running Microsoft Teams, when I try to share the "Microsoft Teams" window in a meeting (for showing them how to work in Teams - see attached), the Teams window minimizes to the dock instead of shares. My remote workers continue to see my camera feed and there is no sharing being done. However, when I try to share any other option from the "Share" menu (Desktop, other windows, Powerpoint, etc.), it works. Teams minimizes (like it should, to get out of the way), the chosen window or desktop is outlined in red, and the remote workers see my chosen share.

Have worked with Microsoft for over a week, they said today that it is unique to Macs and suggested I go through Apple Support.

I do have Screen Recording enabled for Teams in Preferences, not sure what else can be done.

I have the exact same problem.

You should be able to drag and drop, the same as on a Windows laptop.

Even if you go to browse and try download an excel spreadsheet from one of your folders, then you get a block on the screen which says:

"File type isn't supported - We currently only support sharing PowerPoint files"

I also can't change my background settings even thought I've allowed / authorised it in the Security/Privacy settings.
