How can I do Marathi dictation typing on iOS device i.e. iPhone and iPad?

After adding the keyboard for Marathi, do you see Marathi language under dictation language in the same screen. If you don't see it you can't.
Settings > General > Keyboard > Dictation Language [Check the options] based on keyboard selection.

It's not possible yet. Apple tells you what languages are supported at

To ask them to add the feature you want, go to
Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboard > Add New Keyboard > Marathi
