Games not listed in app store anymore

For some reason when i go to the app store now to browse games they are no longer listed. If I do a search for games it returns about 4 card games and thats is. What happened?

iMac 27", 10.13

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple Services

Hello Jameson

Thank you for your reply, however I am not having trouble connecting to the App store, rather once there the problem is that the page that had the different categories on it such as Games and Utilities etc is no longer there. So when I enter Games in the search box, this is what now pops up..It says its showing 1-120 of 717, but when you try to click on the 'next page' arrow, it does nothing. Everything was fine a few weeks ago last time I used it. So, what has happened is my dilemma. Thanks for your help..
