This is obviously not a helpful statement from which the Doctor can make a diagnosis - or provide a remedy.

With the benefit of you providing some information for us to work with, we might be better able able to help you.

• Is this a physical connection issue (you don’t have a cable) or a technical issue in that your iPad is not recognised when your connect the iPad to your laptop?

• Do you see any error messages - and if so, what are they and when do they occur?

• Is the most recent version of iTunes installed on your laptop computer?

• Do you have an internet connection?

• Is there anything else you can tell us?
