Cracking distorted sound from video recording or voice message

When recording video, the sound from the recording is useless/distorted/cracking and also when recording "iMessage" by voice.

I have tried really everything, according to all possible instructions that can be found on the Internet - without any improvement. As several users are saying, the part with the microphone and FaceTime camera is probably malfunctioning or damaged. But I also read that changing the top FaceID will cause stop working.

Incorrect operation of the above part causes the inability to configure "Siri".

SO WHAT COULD HELP TO SOLVE THIS WEIRD SITUATION?
