Questions on getting a Apple Watch
I’m thinking about getting a Apple Watch but I want to know if I get the one with gps+cellular will it work with the network I’m under I’m with metro by T-Mobile

The watch won't work with metro as they don't support the apple watch,their parent company tmobile does support the apple watch but although metro and tmobile are part of the same company they are treated as separate arms of the same company.

A GPS only watch does everything that the cellular version does,but to make calls and send texts you have to have your phone with you.
A GPS+cellular watch can make calls and send messages without your phone being with you.
