Storage Won’t Go Down
I have deleted about 2000 photos and videos now from my camera roll including 5 apps totalling to about 7gb from the apps and my storage is not moving.
how do I fix this

Let me know if it shows a different storage info through Finder or iTunes. You can find the instructions on how to check your iPhone storage using a computer, by scrolling down to the section where it says 'Use Finder or iTunes to check the storage on your iOS device'.
Additionally, I recommend that you try restarting the device to see if it can help refresh the storage info on your iPhone: Restart your iPhone
