Finder glitches out daily

Hello all,

Recently Finder has been glitching out on my Mac, causing me to have to reboot. I am a developer, and it affects my terminal, mail, finder app, and top nav bar. These are my system specs

Any clue how to fix this?

I don’t see an immediate culprit, though...

I’d remove Spigot.

Silverlight is long gone, and probably best removed.

I’d also remove Flash, unless you’re specifically using that for Flash games or such.

VirtualBox and Pharos need updates.

Get Time Machine going, if you’re not running some other scheduled backup.

I’d also get Gatekeeper checks going, too.
