In the TV Provider & Privacy page there is a note on how to disable the TV provider feature for iOS & tvOS devices, but nothing for iPadOS. Moreover , the described "remove TV Provider " option does not even exist.. all with a wrong TV Provider name.

This does talk about single sign in, where sign in once and you’re in for everything

If I scroll all the way down on mine I see the option to sign out. Perhaps if you sign out you can then remove the info?
