Frustration

Hello,

i just realized that my 10 year old daughter has been purchasing through the App Store without our permission. I understand that this is now lost money. I am trying to make the account a child account but it’s saying she is the family organizer. How can I change that so that she stops spending all of my money. I am an er nurse who has been working non stop and have not been paying attention to purchases being made.

please help
