I get unnecessary charges from iTunes

Why do I get unnecessary charges from iTunes? They charged me almost N 30,000 in total, few minutes ago I got charged N14,000 for no reason. I can’t even keep my keep my money in my bank account anymore because they keep charging me till there’s nothing left. And I only have purchase on one app.
