Apple Watch Challenge Trash Talk
I'm not really a negative person but all the ready responses when challenging a friend is all trash talk. Is there any way to change it back to the positive responses I had when I wasn't challenging them?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you'd like to change the options for replies when competing with your friends. I'd be happy to share information that may help.
As showing in the "Motivate your friends" section of this article, you should have the option reply with either preset smack talk or encouragement: Share your Activity and compete with friends with your Apple Watch.
