Deleted iCloud Drive App

I deleted the iCloud Drive app when I was trying to clear up storage on my iPhone 5. My iPhone uses iOS 10.3.4 and when I deleted it, now I can't get it back. It's not in the app store. I tried turning iCloud drive off and on again but it won't work. Can someone please help me?

I’m unable to access the iCloud Drive app. i have an iPhone X and up until the last few days I have been able to acce the iCloud Drive via the app. This has now disappeared from my phone. I have checked all all my settings, and can access this via the browser. When I access the App Store this is the message shown.
