Remove Free Space Partition Mac

Hello all,

Recently I have decided to remove the windows partition from my mac. When I removed the windows partition, it got replaced by a partition named "Free Space". Whenever I try to remove this "Free Space" partition, I always get a message saying operation failed. I have tried the method where you turn off file vault and go into recovery mode then try to remove the "Free Space" partition from there, but that didn't work.

Does anybody know how to remove this "Free Space" partition. I will add some screenshots in this post to help you guys understand better. Thank you all!
