STORAGE NOT WORKING

Hello. I bought iCloud storage but whenever I download apps it shows that my iPhone is full.

Purchasing iCloud storage does not add storage space to an iPhone. If you are unable to download apps, you will need to make space on the iPhone. You can do this by moving, or deleting existing content.
