cannot pair iwatch on other iphone

hello,

i had remove iwatch from my old icloud account because my iphone 7 has broken.

now i try to pair on my different iphone 7 with another icloud account and its doesn't pair.

can you help me??

what should i do?

i had reset the iwatch but still cannot pair.
