No ring or notification of WhatsApp on iPhone 7 locked screen

i am not receiving ring or notification on iPhone 7 from WhatsApp while screen is locked. I have checked all the option with notification on, preview on. Spent very long hours but no luck. Any help is much appreciated and thank you in advance

Yes I have checked all the setting for WhatsApp notification as well as setting notifications and all enabled.
