disabled ipad

my ipad has been disabled because my passcode wasn't working for some reason, how can i fix it? it says connect to itunes, but it's no showing in there either???

If your iPad is showing the restore screen, you’ll need to follow this:

Ensure that the most recent version of iTunes has been downloaded and installed directly from the Apple website.
