Problems with Logic Pro X

Hi, I have a problem with Logic Pro X. Every time I add a music file it won't play it in the right speed. It is just speeding really fast through the song and I can't find out how to change it. Hope somebody can help.

Can't drag new songs to Music If I click on an MP3 file or drag it to Music, I can't listen to that song. When I double click to open, music indeed opens but it does not open the file. If I drag the file to the tab songs, the green plus sign appears but when drop the file on it nothing happens. If I choose to open the file with VLC it opens and plays normally. What can I do to add new songs to Music? Thanks

logic pro x upgrade wont work After not using logic for a few years. I opened it to find that It would not do anything without an upgrade. I purchased the latest version (today 10/28/19). it gave me the option to open an existing song I made in my previous version but then said I needed to save it in the new format. I said ok and then I got this message "Ultrabeat - Please locate: un_BD-03-C1-04_2.aif". I don't have any idea where this is nor do I care. Furthermore, it won't let me start a new song or do anything at all even after quitting Logic and restarting. it just goes back to where it was before quitting. Thanks for any help.

Why do I keep getting "the original file could not be found"? Using Mac mini With MacOS 10.15.7 (the most up to date possible with this machine) I'm on iTunes match, and all my songs are either uploaded or matched. Everything used to work fine, then I didn't use it for a while. Now that I am using it again, every time I click on a tune I get the message "....(name) could not be used because the original file could not be found...", as if it is looking for the item on my hard drive. Then, if I click Cancel, in a few seconds the song starts to play. OK, so my song plays, but I have to keep clicking 'Cancel' to this message. How can I fix this?
