The iPad replacement Apple sent me did not work, I charged it but nothing, I have tried contacting Apple, when I dial their number my call gets dropped.

Has anyone else had a replacement device sent that did not work? The iPad replacement Apple sent me did not work, I charged it but nothing. I was supposed to return my broken iPad in the box that the (new yet defective) iPad arrived in, I have tried contacting Apple, when I dial their number my call gets dropped. What else can I do? I don’t want to be charged because they have not received my broken iPad back, I’m stuck with 2 iPads that do not work.

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi

Steve Jobs would be proud of the the Outstanding group of people that are working in Apple today. I called Apple and spoke to a lady named Judith (Judy) today, once again, Apple employees save the day! Judy was so kind and patient, she listened to everything I said and then she gave me solutions. In one phone call she fixed everything. I love Apple, not only do their devices make life easier, but the assistance and interaction with their people are even more proof of Apple’s greatness.
