The iPad replacement Apple sent me did not work, I charged it but nothing, I have tried contacting Apple, when I dial their number my call gets dropped.
Has anyone else had a replacement device sent that did not work? The iPad replacement Apple sent me did not work, I charged it but nothing. I was supposed to return my broken iPad in the box that the (new yet defective) iPad arrived in, I have tried contacting Apple, when I dial their number my call gets dropped. What else can I do? I don’t want to be charged because they have not received my broken iPad back, I’m stuck with 2 iPads that do not work.
