Keychain - Too Many Options

I only need one of these 4 - how can I delete the other 3 so that they don't show up?

iMac with Retina 5K display, macOS 10.15

Safari Preferences > Passwords.

Find the entries and remove them.

Or, Keychain Access > Login Keychain.

Find the entries and remove them.
