Refund for a accidental purchase.
I was browsing on Instagram and came across a Udemy course which caught my attention.
Since the promo offer available was a good enough, I thought of buying it.
When selected the course and wished to proceed to checkout page, the apple payment processing system asked me to 'authenticate to proceed.'
Now, because this was my first time to make a purchase through apple pay, I double pressed the power button to proceed and it ''DIRECTLY DEBITED'' the principal amount WITHOUT applying the promo code.
I am trying to reach out to apple support about this and they have disapproved my request for refund.
Kindly help me with this issue because it is not my fault for this purchase made.
Moreover, the promo code was also not applied and hence charged me the original amount which is 3 times the amount of the offer available earlier.
Please help.
