iOS 13.4.1 breaks some Bluetooth functionality

Have upgraded to iOS 13.4.1 on iPhone 8 Plus, which has now lost what seems to be the ability to use airplay to any Bluetooth headset. Yet using say voicemail the headset works fine.

So,

1: Watching YouTube/ Netflix

= ‘no headset functionality works’

2: Listening to voicemail

= ‘headset functionality works’

How can basics like this be missed from testing!

Is there anyway to get it back working?

Delete the paired device, reboot both the phone and the device, put the device into discoverable (pairing) mode, and re-pair them.
