Okay, so it appears to be an actual charge. Have you seen this page?

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Reporting a problem is the first link.

Secondly, who else knows your Apple ID and password that they could make a purchase on your account? Or, did you lend your iPhone/iPad to someone who made the purchase while the device was out of your possession?

Regardless of the answer to either of those questions, you should change your password immediately. Also make sure to turn on two factor ID. If anyone after that tries to get into your account or make changes, you will be notified and you will have the option to block them.

Also, while you're in your account changing the password, check to see what email addresses are listed as being tied to the account. It should be only yours. If you see one that's been added you don't recognize, remove it before making any other changes.

This is a user to user forum. Apple is not here. You will not get an answer form Apple here, only other users like yourself. And stop expecting an answer immediately after you post. It takes some time for someone to see your question and answer it. Writing in all caps is also not going to get you help any faster.

Does the music you see purchased, add up to the $74.19?

Do you share your Apple ID with anybody?

See here to find what is being charged to your Apple ID, and by extension the associated payment method: See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Once you find them, you can contact Apple's iTunes Support directly for assistance in getting the purchases refunded: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support

Either you bought something or someone with access to your account bought something, that is the only way a charge can be generated.

It does not happen by mistake and does not happen by magic. It is a deliberate action.

Where did you see this charge? If in an email, look at it closely. Common signs of a fake:

  1. Spelling and grammar is atrocious.
  2. Includes any kind of attachment.
  3. Has a link or button to login to your account or cancel the purchase.

Do you see this charge anywhere on your actual accounts? Or, if you open iTunes/Music and check your iTunes or App Store purchases there, is it actually listed?
