where can I find a user guide for my airpods?

Not a FAQ

Not a quick start guide.

Not a random list of "tips and tricks"

I'm trying to find a "proper" User manual that covers everything from top to bottom.

Does it exist?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

That’s more like it. Thanks for the link. I assume Apple thinks their stuff is so easy and intuitive we don’t need a user guide, but I have had these things almost a year now and just accidentally found out that tapping my AirPods answers an incoming phone call. It would have been nice to know that from the start. What else didn’t I know? *sigh*
