I'm runnind a MacBook Pro 15" mid-2010 and want to upgrade from macos Sierra 10.12.6 to MacOS High Sierra 10.13.0. The link for 10.13.6 says you can only upgrade from 10.13.0.
Where can I download the installer for High Sierra, doesn't show in the app store.

10.13.0 is not available,Apple only offers the latest of each version, which is 10.13.6 in this instance.

The update can only be downloaded from the App Store. There's no other source for it.
Yes, it currently states the item is unavailable in the U.S. app store, which means you may need to wait a few days for Apple to make it available again.
