its flashing the apple logo but it wont start

so i restart the phone and it wont turn on and it keeps flashing the apple logo and says got to support something but the steps dont work
If you follow the steps in the link I posted and the phone does not restart it’s broken. Use the Contact Support link at the top of this page to discuss repair options.
