Turn on iCloud Photos on the old Mac and they will sync to iCloud: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support

That may take a substantial amount of time depending on then number of photos..

Turn on iCloud Photos on other devices that you want to sync.

Any future changes (additions, deletions, edits) will automatically sync to all devices where Cloud Photos is turned on.
