FaceTime is not showing on iPhone 8 Plus A1897 Model

My iPhone is not showing FaceTime icon, not even in settings or elsewhere. Just an option is being shown in App Usage statistics that FaceTime was once here.

When I reset my iPhone, it was showing but as I tried to activate it, it disappeared. iPhone 8 Plus (A1897 Model)

Please help me how to find solution for this.

Update !

You can use FaceTime over Wi-Fi1 or over cellular on supported iOS or iPadOS devices2. FaceTime isn’t available or might not appear on devices purchased or used in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. However, with iOS 11.3 and later, FaceTime is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in Saudi Arabia. And with iOS 12.4 or later, FaceTime is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in Pakistan. Update your device to get FaceTime in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

You're welcome. I got my training on that one from Neil. Seems that even after there was some changes regarding easing the restrictions in that area by some of the governments, it required a phone to be purchased in that area and using an approved SIM. However, once you left that area and used a different SIM, it would no longer work and could not be downloaded outside of that geographic area. The problem is that too many times, there are grey area purchases in those areas where people from outside are purchasing these phones and find out they are restricted. They thought it was just based on geographic location and would work once you left there.

Find or restore a missing FaceTime app - Apple Support

The above may help...

If the above does not help see below...

How to move apps and create folders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Maybe you hid it by mistake and it is now attached to another app in a folder.

Open each app one at a time, you may find it hiding with another app, if you do just drag it out.

If you do not find it...Settings...General...Reset...Reset Home Screen Layout
